Getting comfortable in the water, sighting, breathing, buoy turns, pack swimming, water entrance & exit strategies
- Get comfortable swimming in your wetsuit
- Suitable for beginners to advancedbr/- Limited to 20 athletes
Meet at 6:45 am at the lower lake (West side near Lake Hughes Road)
Swim will be from 7 am to 8 am on Sat
