The Alameda Parade race is a 5K (3.1 mile) run and walk through beautiful Alameda starting at 9:30AM, just before the historic 4th of July Parade. This run benefits the Midway Shelter for Women and Children.  The race starts at 1420 Park Street in front of Lauren&rsquos Closet and follows the Alameda parade route ending at Haight and Webster. The scenic course is completely closed to traffic
