This is a 5K run/walk to be held at Mile Square Park as a benefit for the non-profit organization Empowering Lives International (empoweringlives.org) It is designed to give folks an opportunity to challenge their bodies and spirits alongside our Kenyan brothers and sisters in a synchronized video-linked footrace between Orange County, CA and Eldoret, Kenya.
