Saturdays Long Course includes a one mile ocean swim, a 34 mile bike and a ten mile run featuring ocean views. We also offer an Aquabike division as well as both 2 and 3 person relay teams. Sundays Sprint Course participants enjoy a 500 yard ocean swim, a mostly flat 6 mile coastal bike ride, and a flat 2 mile run. Duathlon participants substitute the swim with a one mile beach run.
