This fall, Womens Health will once again host its signature RUN 10 FEED 10 event with a mission in Los Angeles. The concept is simple: Run a 10K and you will instantly provide 10 meals for those who are hungry in your local and surrounding communities. This year we hope to reach our goal: 5 years, 5 million meals.
