A 52 mile out and back from Encanto Park in Duarte to Crystal Lake. Over 5,000 feet of climbing gets you from the LA basin to beautiful Crystal Lake with gorgeous views the entire ride. The return descent is typically 3x faster than the outward climb so a guaranteed negative split.
