The Compton Run Club has supported the City of Compton through fitness for the past two years! Our goal is to normalize running in the city of Compton. Running is a great way to improve our mental and physical health. We created a platform and safe space for people all around to come and run our City! There is often a negative perception about health in the "inner city".
